Can be used dry for ultimate blendability and buildability or with primer for an even blacker black and applies well with blender or brush. We took the most popular black eyeshadow from our palettes, pumped up the black to an even richer deeper black black, tested a bunch of formulas until we hit upon the perfect black, and then we put a ton of it in a compact.
